Where:

Purpose:
To warn that there may be free-ranging or stray domestic animals, such as cattle, horses, sheep, goats, or donkeys, on or near the road ahead.
Animals can behave unpredictably, they may stop, wander, or suddenly run across the road, posing a serious hazard to motorists.

Action:
Reduce your speed immediately and stay alert for any animals near or on the road.
If you see animals ahead, slow down further and be prepared to stop. Do not sound your horn or rev your engine loudly, as this might startle them and cause erratic movement.
Pass slowly and only when the road is clear and it is safe to do so.
Be cautious for at least the next 2 kilometres, as more animals may be nearby.
